Terms and Conditions
The following are the terms and conditions between 752 Civera BD Inc dba Beverage Butler (hereafter “BB”) and the Customer (hereafter “customer”) of goods or services via the BB web site (hereafter the “Site”). If you do not agree to these terms, you will not be able to purchase any products offered, please review these terms carefully.
YOU MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE TO ACCESS, USE, AND MAKE PURCHASES ON THIS WEBSITE. ALL ORDERS MUST BE ACCEPTED AND SIGNED FOR BY AN ADULT AT LEAST 21 YEARS OF AGE. PERSON SIGNING FOR THE ORDER MUST BE ABLE TO PRODUCE A GOVERNMENT ISSUED I.D. ACCEPTABLE FORMS OF I.D. INCLUDE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE, NON-DRIVER I.D., PASSPORT OR U.S. MILITARY I.D. ALL IDENTIFICATION MUST BE CURRENT AND NOT EXPIRED.
Customer agrees to the terms and conditions outlined with respect to the goods, services and information offered through the Site. This Contract constitutes the entire and only agreement between BB and Customer, and supersedes any and all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings with respect to the goods, services offered through the Site. Customer agrees to review this Contract prior to purchasing any product(s) or service offered, and purchase of product(s) or service shall be deemed acceptance of this Contract.
Setup and Payment
Customer represents and warrants that the credit card information supplied is true, correct and complete and charges incurred by the customer will be honored by the customer’s credit card company and customer shall pay charges incurred by customer at the amounts in effect at the time incurred, including all applicable taxes. BB does not protect Customer from unauthorized use of Customer’s credit card. BB accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card. Debit cards are welcome but before making any large purchase, you may want to check with your card issuer to make sure you do not exceed your card’s daily or transactional limit.
All orders placed through BB are subject to a verification process for order accuracy and authorized valid payment. For security reasons, we may contact you via email or phone requesting additional information to validate your order. Incorrect billing information will cause a delay in the processing time of your order. Should you have additional questions please contact us via our customer support email or phone line.
Please know an email address and phone number are required so that we may keep you informed on the status of your order. Please recognize that your ISP or email may have a filter that is preventing BB communications from getting through to you. Please check your Junk Mail folder and/or turn off your Spam Filter to allow email from email@example.com. BB is also not responsible for message and data rates.
We will never share your email address with an unrelated 3rd party except as necessary to fulfill transactions that you initiate.
Editing, Deleting, and Modification of Terms & Conditions
BB reserves the right in its sole discretion to edit or delete any information or content appearing on the Site and to remove any goods and services for sale. BB may modify this Contract, or prices, and may discontinue or revise any or all aspects of the Site in its sole discretion and without prior notice. Modification of this Contract will be deemed effective upon publication on the Site with respect to transactions occurring after said date.
An order confirmation (electronic or paper receipt) given to you through BB does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of an offer to sell. BB reserves the right to decline and cancel an order, or supply less than quantity ordered at any time. Given the popularity and shortage of some items, we may at times have to restrict the quantity of a particular item ordered. We will notify you if we are unable to accommodate your order. BB may, at its own discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order.
Indemnification & Disclaimer
Customer agrees to indemnify, defend and hold BB and its affiliates, licensors and suppliers harmless from any liability, loss, claim and expense, including reasonable attorney’s fees, related to a Customer’s violation of these terms or use of the Site. The sole and entire maximum liability of BB, for any reason, and customer’s sole and exclusive remedy for any cause whatsoever, shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the products and services purchased. BB and any of its affiliates, dealers, or suppliers are not liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages (INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OF PROFITS, LITIGATION, OR THE LIKE), whether based on breach of terms, breach of warranty, tort (including negligence), product liability or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. The limitations of damages set forth are fundamental elements of the basis of the sale between BB and the customer. This site and products and services would not be provided without such limitations.
Return / Refund Policy
We want you to feel completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason, you are not satisfied, you may exchange an item by calling 555-555-5555 or emailing us at CS@thebevbutler.com to request an exchange authorization. If a product purchased is defective, Customer can request the product, in its original condition, be exchanged within 7 days of receipt. Items being exchanged must be in the same condition when originally delivered and accepted by customer.
BB will coordinate delivery with customer via customers designated preferred method of communication as defined within customers account profile. Every delivery date and time will be mutually agreed upon by customer and BB. At time of delivery customer or an adult of at least 21 years of age will need to show verification of age and sign for product (hereafter “acceptance”). If customer is not available for acceptance of delivery at the mutually agreed upon time, 24 hours notice must be given by customer to request a new delivery date and time. If a delivery attempt is made and customer is not available for acceptance the customer will be charged a delivery fee and restocking fee of $10. If we are experiencing a high volume of traffic while in route, BB will notify the customer and provide an estimated delivery time to confirm customer will still be available for acceptance of product.
If you refuse delivery, a credit will be issued for the price of the merchandise minus the cost of delivery and a restocking fee of $10. All credits will be applied to the original payment method.
Personal identification information
We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, register on the site, or place an order.
Non-personal identification information
We may collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they interact with our Site. Non-personal identification information may include the browser name, the type of computer and technical information about Users means of connection to our Site, such as the operating system and the Internet service provider’s utilized and other similar information.

Your acceptance of these terms
By using this Site, you signify your acceptance of this policy and terms of service. If you do not agree to this policy, please do not use our Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes to this policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
These terms and agreements represent the entire understanding between BB and customer regarding relationship to Online sale and supersedes any prior statements or representations. IF YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS ONLINE AGREEMENT, please click the “I Agree” button below. If you do not agree to the terms of the Subscriber Agreement, please click the “I Don’t Agree” button to log off the system.
